Massive Canada

Company Profile
Massive Canada is transforming construction by replacing concrete and steel with sustainable mass timber and engineered wood. Founded in 2019, we are driving innovation and reducing greenhouse gas in the built environment. With a 9,000 m² plant under development—backed by a $10 million BC grant and advancing toward a $10 million Canadian forestry grant—we're on track to produce 2,500 housing units annually. Just as Tesla scaled from a few hundred cars in 2008 to 1.84 million by 2023, transforming the auto industry, Massive Canada is reshaping construction with mass timber and modular building systems. As Canada faces a critical housing crisis, with 3.5 million homes needed by 2030, Massive Canada is scaling to meet this demand. In Phase 2, we’ll expand to a 46,000 m² facility, scaling production to 20,000 units annually, positioning us as a multi-billion-dollar company and a leader in sustainable construction. In the USA, construction sites generate over 600 million tons of waste annually. Our modular approach, using BIM and virtual design software, drastically reduces waste by building components offsite with greater efficiency. Our flagship product, CondoCore, is a stackable, modular system—up to 12 storeys—that cuts onsite labor, shortens timelines, and offers developers cost certainty and faster delivery. Committed to ESG principles, Massive Canada prioritizes environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and strong governance. We are poised for global investment from partners seeking to meet their ESG mandates while helping solve Canada’s housing crisis and setting a new standard for sustainable, high-quality construction across North America.
