New Murabba

New Murabba is a visionary mixed-use real estate development located in the heart of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Anchored by the iconic Mukaab — a cube-shaped skyscraper and one of the largest built structures in the world — the project is designed to be a new downtown for Riyadh, reflecting the Kingdom’s ambitions under Vision 2030. Spanning over 19 square kilometers, New Murabba aims to redefine urban living through a dynamic mix of residential, commercial, cultural, retail, and hospitality offerings. The masterplan prioritizes walkability, sustainability, and smart infrastructure, with over 80 entertainment and cultural venues, green spaces, and modern public transportation networks. Led by the New Murabba Development Company (a PIF-owned entity), the project is expected to add over SAR 180 billion to non-oil GDP and create thousands of jobs. It represents a bold step in positioning Riyadh as one of the top 10 city economies globally.
