WATTO - High-power Charging Station

WATTO is a unique project that will revolutionize the idea of mobility. We are building the first regional Ultra-Fast Charging network for both personal and commercial electric vehicles; first in Romania, then in the rest of Central Eastern Europe. We are among the first to invest into the power grid and to offer ultra-fast charging services using the most advanced technology (150kW - 350kW) under one smart ecosystem. In its final development stage, each WATTO location will be found alongside every major driving route and will integrate solar energy, storage, cafes, large spaces for commercial vehicles and the most innovative technology. Everything is carefully designed around people and the environment and will be a landmark of sustainability in the industry. Our team is made of top experts with a cumulated expertise of more than 70 years, with previous key roles in strategic energy projects such as designing E.On strategy for electro-mobility in Romania or deploying NEXT-E project. We also bring over 20 years of valuable expertise in Research & Development on energy automation and optimization as well as top management expertise in large power corporations: Enel, Statkraft, E.On, OMV, Eaton.
