China-UAE Industrial Capacity Demonstration Zone

China-UAE Industrial Capacity Demonstration Zone undertakes the task by the important consensus of the leaders of the two countries. The two joint statements issued by China and UAE explicitly stated that they jointly support the construction of the demonstration zone. The Zone is located in Khalifa Economic Zone Abu Dhabi, the capital of the UAE, with a planned total area of 12.2 square kilometers. Its 2.2-square-kilometer start-up area has obvious geographic advantages, adjacent to Khalifa Port with extremely convenient transportation conditions, enabling enterprises to export products directly to the global market. The hardware infrastructure of the demonstration zone is fully in place. The supporting infrastructure in the 2.2-square-kilometer start-up area has been fully completed, achieving “seven connections and one leveling”, and can meet the production and living needs of enterprises. The professional team in the zone provides “one-stop” all-around and full-process services. Up to now, the Zone has attracted 48 enterprises to settle in, covering multiple industry fields such as petrochemicals, new energy, advanced manufacturing, mechanical equipment, and rubber and plastics.
