Certizen Limited was founded in 2011 in Hong Kong, which is dedicated to providing technical support in order to create secure and efficient environment for e-commerce. As the Operator of HongKong Post Certification Authority (HKPCA), Certizen has been operating “e-Cert” services for Hong Kong citizens and organizations.
