GC & Co. Certified Public Accountants is a practising member in the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. We provide a wide range of professional services such as Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Global companies registration and trademark registration, Pre-IPO, Investment immigration to Hong Kong and fund raising advices etc.

We established our branch office, GC Shenzhen Han Hong Corporation Management Limited in 2008 in Shenzhen. Through many years’ cooperation with China Enterprises, we built a good relationship with them and knew well about China’s national conditions and culture.

To expand our services internationally, we joined IECnet, which is an international association of accountants, auditors and tax consultants, in 2012. IECnet is a full member of the Forum of Firms.

Cheng & Cheng Limited, Certified Public Accountants is a Hong Kong based professional accounting firm with more than 27 years’ experience in the financial sector. Cheng & Cheng Limited, previously known as Cheng & Cheng, was established by two brothers, Mr. Cheng Hong Kei, Andrew and Mr. Cheng Hong Cheung, Francisin 1991. In the past 27 years, the number of directors has increased from 2 to 11. They specialize in different areas, from taxation, assurance to liquidation.
