Special multi-component alloy anti-fouling and descaling materials1

Scale corrosion of cooling circulating water system and heat exchange equipment is a major industry problem in the industrial production process, known as "industrial cancer". For every 1mm increase in scale, the thermal efficiency is reduced by about 8%, and carbon emissions are increased by about 30%, which is serious and even causes safety accidents. The discharge of waste water produced by traditional chemical cleaning has great risk of environmental pollution, its effect is not significant enough and it is corrosive to equipment. This project will solve the environmental pollution caused by chemical scale inhibition, wastewater, waste liquid discharge and other problems, provide subversive technical means for scale inhibition and descaling operations in the cooling circulating water system, achieve zero carbon and zero discharge in the scale inhibition process, no chemical agent addition, break through the physical scale inhibition technology in the United States, and fill the domestic gap. Key technologies will reach the international leading level.
