項目簡介
Ulaanbaatar carries a structural housing shortfall of roughly 150,000 units and the winter air quality of a city that burns over one million tonnes of raw coal a year in household stoves. Site-built construction cannot close the gap: a five-month building season, imported materials, and average new-build pricing of USD 1,335/m² keep formal housing out of reach for the ger-district middle. The platform industrialises the answer — a factory near Ulaanbaatar producing volumetric and closed-panel modules to a delivered price of ~USD 750/m², a 44% discount to new-build apartments, with on-site cycles of 10–14 days and year-round production that is decoupled from the site season.
