Tactone: talk to your building

Visitors connect through a QR code or the venue app and ask anything in plain language, by voice or by text. The building answers from live occupancy and queue data, operational updates, and the venue's own information. Every question is timestamped, located, and owned by the operator. The questions the system cannot answer are recorded too, which is demand the venue is not currently meeting. Existing analytics measure where people went. Tactone measures what they wanted, and whether they got it. Backed by Innovate UK (Women in Innovation Award) and built at the ETH Zürich InCube Challenge in collaboration with Siemens.
