(只提供英文資料) Establishment of a real estate fund to invest in Tashkent, Uzbekistan

Uzbekistan is the most populated country in Central Asia, with close to 40 million population, undergoing rapid economic growth (8.5% in the first half of 2026, building on an annual growth rate of 7.7% in 2025 and 6.7% in 2024). Commensurate with the rapid economic development, real estate opportunities emerge, especially in the capital Tashkent. UFRD, a sovereign wealth fund of the country, is identifying a potential partner for the establishment of a real estate fund. UFRD would like to attract institutional and strategic partners through a dedicated fund structure. The fund could focus on residential development, commercial real estate, mixed-use projects, and other related opportunities, including potential developments in the New Tashkent area.
