HK South Lantau Eco-Recreation Corridor（香港南大嶼生態康樂走廊）

在香港南大屿位置兴建一个登山齒軌列車海灘公園，已经在2025年7月2日向香港发展局提交项目意见书，项目的鐵路開發工程總投資：91億港元，單軌交通建設面積：30ha，生態走廊商業: 97,000 ㎡。目前项目得到香港政府支持，并且目前已经有铁路开发商，我们在寻找投资者投资该项目。或者有酒店经营经验的合作伙伴 A mountain cog railway beach park is planned for construction in the southern Lantau area of Hong Kong. A project proposal was submitted to the Hong Kong Development Bureau on July 2, 2025. The railway development will involve a total investment of HKD 9.1 billion(USD 1.2 billion), with a monorail construction area of 30 hectares and a 97,000 m² commercial area within the ecological corridor. The project has received support from the Hong Kong government and already has a railway developer in place. We are seeking investors to fund the project, or partners with experience in hotel operations.
