Each year with over 50 million textile waste produced in China, conventional recycling service and technologies (namely mechanical, incineration and 3rd country distribution) are no longer service the country's key sustainability goal and initiative. As China is now aiming to recycled 20-30% of its textile waste, PHOENXT's technology is here to help scale up textile waste recycling in the mannor which it can service the textile industry as the raw material supply at the same time. Our technology specialised in recycling blended or single textile waste include polyester/cotton/cellulosic fibres and turn them back to recycled polyester and recycled cellulosic fibres, hence servicing the circular fashion/economy initiative. As textile waste issues escalate, our technology removes the need for complex fibre sorting steps, making it fast and easy to recycle these textile waste for the industry need.
