长鹿白云湖建设项目 绣江河流域生态修复与乡村振兴产业融合发展EOD项目

长鹿白云湖旅游休博园位于济南章丘区，依托白云湖国家湿地公园，由章丘建投与广东长鹿集团等共同开发。总投资超30亿元，占地2500亩，分三期建设八大主题乐园、十二大主题酒店。2023年动工，建成后年接待能力超千万人次，带动就业逾万，力争成为章丘首个5A级景区。 绣江河项目计划前期投资额1.3亿元，由产发集团子企业与北京重树园林公司合作共建。项目围绕生态修复、功能完善、智慧升级三大维度，计划引入先进生态修复技术，联合中国农科院培育中欧耐寒花境花卉，打造“中国北方莫奈花园”式景观，并逐步导入国防教育与研学实践功能。 Changlu Baiyun Lake Tourism and Leisure Park is located in Zhangqiu District, Jinan. It is built around Baiyun Lake National Wetland Park and jointly developed by Zhangqiu Construction Investment and Guangdong Changlu Group, among others. With a total investment of over 3 billion yuan and covering 2,500 acres, the project is planned in three phases, including eight major theme parks and twelve themed hotels. Construction started in 2023, and once completed, it is expected to host over ten million visitors annually, create more than 10,000 jobs, and aim to become Zhangqiu’s first 5A-level tourist attraction. The Xiujiang River project plans an initial investment of 130 million yuan and is a joint venture between a subsidiary of the Production and Development Group and Beijing Zhongshu Landscaping Company. The project focuses on three main aspects: ecological restoration, functionality improvement, and smart upgrades. It plans to introduce advanced ecological restoration technologies, cooperate with the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences to cultivate hardy Sino-European flowers, create a landscape similar to the “Monet Garden of Northern China,” and gradually incorporate elements of national defense education and practical study programs.
