Huka Ridge is a 129-unit greenfield senior living and care community in Auckland, New Zealand.  The USD$60M development will yield a 30% IRR over the long term. 45 units are consented, shovel-ready to begin, with 84 units to be consented.  Huka Ridge has full support of local and regional council.  Senior living is a top prioority for the New Zealand government. Black Robin is an experienced developer looking to both develop and manage the community long-term.  We are seeking a finance partner, less than $5M equity plus senior debt to develop this unique property.
