The Company develops and distributes fabricated steel products for the rural, semi-rural and pet markets in Australia.  The capital will be used to purchase inventory and for ongoing product development, human resources, sales and marketing expenditure and working capital. The Company is already profitable and is expanding its business through its retail network as well as through direct to consumer sales.
