Funding Strategies is mandated to assist Project Crate with raising up to $1,500,000 for 15% equity in the Company. The capital will be used to purchase inventory and for ongoing product development, human resources, sales and marketing expenditure and working capital. Project Crate is an Australian company that develops and distributes fabricated steel products for the rural, semi-rural and pet markets in Australia.
