Bayswater Realty and Devt. Corporation (BRDC) is a Philippine registered company in the business of land banking and development. BRDC's pioneer high rise condominium project is located strategically near one of Manila's main CBD; Greenhills, San Juan. The project 27 Annapolis is a premium 45 story condominium development catering to the A class market. Today, BRDC focuses on the acquisition of land in the south of Greater Manila with the intention of driving the province's local economy.
