Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park

Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park has total area of 1046 ha. Located in Ba Ria Vung Tau province -  Southern Key Economic Zone of Vietnam, Phu My 3 SIP owns a strategic geographical location, convenient connections to the main traffic routes: 2km from Cai Mep - Thi Vai Deep Sea Port, 60km from Ho Chi Minh City and 28km from Long Thanh international airport.  Phu My 3 focuses on building a modern technical infrastructure that meets international standards. Besides, we provide  "soft" infrastructure system called "One Stop Service" to support and accompany  investors during the project implementation, construction and operation process. In addition, there is also including Phu My ICD in the service-utility ecosystem of Phu My 3 SIP to help customers save logistics costs and optimize production activities. When investing in Phu My 3 SIP, customers will enjoy attractive investment incentives such as: the land lease term is 70 years from 2007 to 2077, 20 years longer than other Industrial Parks. The annual land lease fee paid to the State is exempted in 20 years.
