About this project
5G provides the new opportunities on SmartCity applications such as self-driving cars, traffic light control, automatic ports, smart transportation, AGV, factory machines. However, Industrial Applications cannot operate directly on 5G network with respect to remote visibility, control, especially in a fast-moving environment or a large-scale deployment. eSix patent L2 tunnelling technology implemented as a SUPER CONNECTOR between 5G infrastructure and different SmartCity and Transportation Applications. It removes the barriers between them, allows remote control and supervision of these equipment/vehicles/machines. That means, millions of legacy and new applications are able to use 5G benefits without the need of modification of their own applications. eSix overcomes the challenge that legacy technology such as IPsec, PPTP, L2TP, SSL-VPN, GRE, that are not able to achieve. e.g, tunnel building time is 10s or few minutes. It allows gaining control of remote machines through a public network (such as 5G) instantly, providing a non-stop network connection. e.g. supporting all the old industrial protocols in nature. So, all the legacy use case can apply on 5G immediately such as shore bridge control, AGV supervision, etc.
