Myanmar - The Park

The Park is Marga Group’s latest mixed-use development in Myanmar, delivering a high end residential, retail and commercial experience in Ahlone Township in Yangon city. The project aims to create a new culture, green, transport and smart hub in a prominent location (Baho Road) near the Chinese Embassy and Yangon’s Regional Parliament. As the best in class development in Myanmar and South East Asia, The Park will be an exclusive escape for its community to experience urban lifestyle in a serene space. The development is c.6.98 acres (c.28,440 SqM). We will focus on developing mainly low to mid-rise buildings to harmonize with the surrounding building context. We will also contribute to the public with new urban redevelopment along the railway, which is currently under in poor condition. The project is an international standard mixed-use urban development that also considers eco-friendly and energy efficient features in building design as well as integrated infrastructure for built-in telecommunication and high speed data networks. Our project will offer c.105,000 SqM total GFA, including c.91,000 SqM of high-end residential apartment units, culturally-rich retail experiences and a luxury shopping mall.
