Myanmar - Semeikhon Port

Semeikhon Port, (“SMP”), a commercial river port along Ayeyarwady river with 380 acres of land. SMP has 1,500 m of Jetty line along Ayeyarwady River, with 3 to 13m water depth depends on dry and wet seasons. SMP is developed by MMID, and managed by MSMP International Co. Ltd. It is located at the hub of Ayeyarwady River system, the most important river in Myanmar, by which SMP is efficiently connected to Myanmar's whole country, and could export overseas from Yangon, and export to China boarder from Bhamo port, and export to India border from Kelewa port. By roadway, SMP directly connected with Myotha Industrial Park City, and direct access to Yangon –Mandalay Highway, Mandalay airport, Myitnge/Paleik dry port. SMP also has the best stability of the riverbanks and support of MIPC, it is targeted to be the model modern river port In Ayarwaddy River.  SMP is looking for a port developer and logistic related parties, and together develop SMP to be the integrated logistic hub and leading port operator in Upper Myanmar, by providing one-stop logistic services and modern port facilities in cargo handling.
