The first Industrial Zone in Indonesia that receive the authority by Indonesian Government to be the Special Economic Zone (Higher fiscal & non fiscal incentives). Located in North Sumatra, Simalungun Regency. This SEZ is supported with various connectivity (toll road, seaport, train tracks, etc) and complete utilities (WWTP, WTP, Roads, Fiber optic internet, dry port, tank farm, electricity (Powerplant and renewable energy) and many others). This SEZ also acts as the main gate and a spearhead to all trades in the South East Asian region due to its strategic location .
