Czech domestic Auto Parts Company seeking JV/Acquisition. Stamping cold forming of small metal parts on TPO automatic presses and eccentric presses with a pressing force of up to 63 tones. Materials processed are mainly copper, bronze, brass and steel, including spring steel. Machining of parts on automatic lathes with a diameter of up to 40 mm, mainly steel, copper and bronze. Contact parts with surface finish – silver, nickel, tin (gold is also possible), zinc including passivation such as blue chromate (Cr 3+) and passivation with layer sealing according to the customer’s requirements – all surface finishes are without Cr 6+ (yellow chromate). Injection molding on modern hydraulic injection molding machines with a clamping force of 120 tones and maximum shot weight of 194 grams. The injection molding technology enables insert of metal parts. Company currently process PA type technical plastics (PA 6, PA 6 GF 30, PA 6.6), POM, ABS, LDPE, PP and others, according to customers’ requests. Company also produce moldings from thermoset. Design manufacture and tool maintenance is available. The final products are completed by using single purpose equipment.
