Philippines - Operations & Maintenance of New Clark City (NCC) Sports Facilities

BCDA is looking for a Private Sector Partner for the Long-Term Operations and Maintenance of the NCC Sports Facilities, including construction of additional sporting facilities and other supporting infrastructure. The New Clark City boasts of two world-class sports facilities for athletics and water sports namely the Athletics Stadium, the first and only athletics facility in the Philippines to hold a Class 1 certification from World Athletics or the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF), and the Aquatics Center also an Olympics certified venue by the International Swimming Federation or FINA. These brand new sports facilities made their successful debut during the Philippine’s hosting of the 30th Southeast Asian Games in November 2019 with major events in swimming, diving, water polo, track and field and other competitive sports including the closing ceremonies taking place here with record attendance of over 15,000 spectators.
