UAE - Aljada Urban District: East Village

In order to offer upscale living experiences for the residents and investors and ensure better life, Arada, an establishment of KBW Investments and Basma Group, is planning to undertake the development of residential project known as 'Aljada Urban District' at Anber Community in Sharjah, the UAE which occupies an area of 2.2km2 and would accommodate a total population of approximately 70,000 people.

It would be a mega project having certain amenities such as a diverse array of residential, commercial, retail, leisure, and entertainment offerings, as well as a dedicated business park. It would have stand-alone and semi-detached villas, townhouses, lofts and apartments. The residential units would have open spaces and community amenities, including schools, healthcare clinics, and mosques.

The current profile is for East Village buildings which will be located close to both Aljada’s Business Park and University City.

The US$150 million project includes the following:

1. Construction of 16 buildings
2. Construction of 2,000 residential units
3. Construction of shops and cafes
4. Construction of communal areas
5. Construction of associated facilities
