Indonesia - Modern Land Information System PPP Project

The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency plans to develop a Modern Land Information System aiming at improving public services in land affairs. The land service transformation from conventional to electronic services through smart device of both website and mobile applications as well as current technological infrastructure support is expected to assist the national priority program in realizing the targets of Accelerated Systematic Land Registration (Percepatan Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis/PTSL) project, namely the issuance of 100 percent land certificates in Indonesia by 2025. The development of Modern SIP will be carried out under the Public Private Partnership scheme.

Scope of Work:

• Develop of the Modern of Land Information System
• Procurement of Hardware
• Prepare the Helpdesk and Support
• Digitalization and Validation of Backlog Document and New Document
• Monitoring, training and socialization the Modern of Land Information System
• Maintenance the Modern of Land InformationnSystem and Existing Application
• Integrate the Modern of Land Information System with related Gov’t/Agency systems and integrate with Payment Gateway
• Maintenance the Infrastructure of DC/DRC and Networks
• Adjustment and Topology of Data Spatial and Validation of Data Spatial Backlog
