Russia - Kitay Gorod 2nd stage Development Project

The 1^st stage of the retail shopping centre was open in 2011.

GBA (gross area) of the retail shopping centre is 39,467 m² including covered parking with the area of 10,808 m².

GLA (gross leasable area) is 20,960 m²

In 2017, attendance of the retail shopping centre totalled more than 4,000,000 people.

During the project implementation on its own land area of 10 ha, it is planned to construct the next stage of the retail shopping centre with an increase of the following areas:

• GBA (gross area) of the II stage of the retail shopping centre shall be 290,000 m2 including covered parking

The project also includes a hotel with 861 rooms and covered parking.
