The ACSA site is a 16ha parcel of land which is strategically located approximately 2km east of Cape Town International Airport.

The proposed development is envisioned as a Western Cape Halal Hub that has the potential to act as a regional distribution centre for time-sensitive, high value goods that require air freight.

The site attributes lend itself to the consolidation of activities rather than large scale production, and thus is envisioned as a Halal Distribution Hub. The site has General Industrial 1 zoning.

The project is seeking a developer to lead implementation.
