South Africa - Sky Walk (God’s Window and Blyde Dam)

The Mpumalanga Tourism and Parks Agency (MPTA) in joint venture with communities plans to construct a skywalk across Gods Window, as well as a restaurant.

Type of Partnerships:

• This will be a PPP, with an investor required to build, operate and transfer (BOT)
• Community (30%); 70% (Private Investors)
• (The co management structure between community, private investors and MPTA, to be finalised)
