USA - High Desert 830MW CCGT Power Plant Refinancing

Constellation Energy's refinancing of High Desert a830MW combined-cycle gas turbine power plant in California.   The financing is code-name Project Bruin.   Electricity generated by High Desert Power will be delivered exclusively to the California Department of Water Resources (CDWR) under a long-term power contract through 2011.
