USA - Miami Beach Rapid Transit P3

Miami is seeking to link the beach corridor, which connects the mainland with Miami Beach, to integrate with other existing and proposed transit services on both sides of Biscayne Bay. This is part of the Strategic Miami Area Rapid Transit Plan (SMART) to decrease congestion on six congested corridors throughout the Miami-Dade metro area.  Miami-Dade is seeking a DBFOM rail system between Miami and Miami Beach along the MacArthur Causeway. The local and state government will pay roughly USD 240m out of the expected USD 400m project.
