Ukraine - Preheating of frosty air in front of the ventilation systems and heat pumps (HP)

In areas with frosty winters along the Silk Road, we suggest using a unit for heating frosty air using the heat of crystallization of water, the value of which is 334 kJ per kg. This allows you to heat the air from minus 10-50 ° C to minus 3-4°C. The technology is developed in Ukraine and patented. In the prototype of the installation, the air was heated from -12 to -4ºС.

At the same time, energy consumption in ventilation systems is reduced by 2 - 2.5 times, especially in rooms with a high exchange coefficient.

In winter, the HP transformation coefficient (СOP) decreases from 2.5–3 to 1.5–1.6. Therefore, at temperatures below -5 -10ºС HP with higher power or additional heat sources are used. Thanks to our technology, COP is increasing by 20-30%, and the HP sales area is expanding.

The ice produced by the installation (autonomous automatic unit) is accumulated for cooling.
