India - KPTL Three Transmission Assets Sale

Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited (KPTL) is planning to sell its three transmission assets – Jhajjar, Satpura and Alipurduar are valued at about INR 10bn - INR 12bn (USD 150m - USD 180m) in total.
