Anaklia Development Consortium LLC

Anaklia Development Consortium LLC (ADC) is private project company established to develop the first Deep-Sea Port in Georgia. In 2016, ADC won a competitive tender held by the Government of Georgia (GoG). As a result, ADC is the owner of a 52-year Build-Operate-Transfer concession and is working to develop, construct and operate Anaklia Deep Sea Port. The project is a PPP, where the GoG is investing part of equity as well as provides related road and rail infrastructure. ADC's private sponsors, is a group of multinational investors, including TBC Holding, US Conti group and other international investors.
