Vietnam - Bac Giang International Logistics Industrial Park

Project Objective: To build a modern and multi-functional international logistics centre in the northern part of Vietnam, creating an important link in the cargo supply chain network of China's southbound channel. Project size: The total area is 71.66 hectares (the first phase), and 50 years of user rights have been obtained. The project includes: - Highway rest points including: highway bayonets, services rest stations, gas stations, maintenance and repair service centres, parking lots, landscape green space. - Administrative Centre: logistics management centre, enterprise registration centre, transaction settlement centre, e-Commerce trading centre, taxation, customs, bank, public security, security, fire prevention services ... - Exhibition and Investment Promotion Zone: International Convention and Exhibition Centre. - Trade services area; - Residential areas for experts and staff; - Five-star hotel area; - Cargo distribution area (bulk cargo area, small cargo area): including third-party logistics distribution area - Cargo warehousing area: small cargo warehousing area; bulk cargo warehousing area; public warehousing area, building materials warehousing area, furniture warehousing area, textile warehousing area, goods yard and truck parking lot. - Green park area.
