Belarus - Shareholding Reform for Belarusian Metallurgical Plant

The Belarusian Metallurgical Plant produces metallurgical products. The government will carry out shareholding reform by issuing additional stocks, requesting the preservation of the original production and structure; the introduction of modern technology for upgrading in production technology and diversification of products; maintenance of workers' wages not lower than the current level of the region; within three years after the issuance of the additional stock, mandatory to attract social development to promote investment within three years after issuance of additional shares; ensuring that the product will be channeled to the new markets via the distribution network of the investors.
