Sri Lanka - Hambantota Industrial Park

The planned development area is more than 25 square kilometres and the period of development is 99 years. The objective of the development plan is to create a "special economic zone + industrial new city + logistics hub"; it will be built into a comprehensive modern metropolis integrating industrial, commercial, residential and office complexes.
