Kyrgyzstan - Development of Housing Estate "Aikol"

Draft design of housing district "Aikol", in the area of 18 hectares and located in Sokulukskiy district, was prepared on topographic basis on a scale of 1:1000 in accordance with "General plan of Bishkek city development for the period until 2025", deveoped by Kyrgyz Scientific-research Institute of designing of city planning and approved by Decreee of the Government of Kyrgyz Republic.The present area ia favorable for housing habitation and construction of both low-rise housing buildings and many-storeyed housing buildings with own cultural, business and entertaining centers, kindergartens, parks, squares and provision by civil engineering infrastructure.
