Greece - Thermal Power and Waste to Energy Plant

The development of a plant with total capacity of 22MW (electrical) and of 38MW thermal power heat using urban waste in the island of Rhodes. Almost 100.000 ton annually of solid waste, production of electric power to network 165.000 kWh annually, production of thermal power to network 115.000 kWh annualy, Feed in price at 97.80€/kWh, guaranteed through PPA for 20 years, Selling price at 40.00€/kWh. The owner anticipates to generate revenues of more than €30million per year (EBITDA margin at the range of 90%) while the Project NPV equals to €89 million. EQUITY NEEDED 27.000.000 euros
