In M&A, most of our transactions are trans-border and 70% of our deal flow is in the technology sector. Our clients range from small private start-ups all the way to public multi-national corporations. Our business valuation practice relies on the expertise of Chartered Business Valuators (CBVs) and in addition to determining the value of companies, we are called upon as expert witnesses in litigation cases. Our capital raising practice addresses several levels of investors including High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI), family offices and institutional investors. We provide assistance to Asia-based funds including Private Equity, Venture Capital and Private Placement funds that wish to meet Canadian and American investors for private projects or those with the intention of raising capital in Canadian-based parallel funds.
