Belt and Road Summit: Hong Kong as “Cultural Translator”

In terms of business, Hong Kong is Asia’s “cultural translator” said Teresita Sy-Coson of the Philippines’ SM Investments Corporation. The Chinese mainland, Hong Kong and ASEAN should work on connectivity she added, beside the Belt and Road Summit 2016. The Belt and Road can alleviate the Philippines’ infrastructure deficit, according to Ms Sy-Coson.
